When the opportunity arose for Team Wireless to consolidate two retail locations into a single flagship retail experience in Escanaba, Michigan, they knew just where to turn. Katalyst worked with Team Wireless on plans to remodel an existing building on the site until it was determined that the building was not salvageable. At that time, Katalyst worked with an architectural team to develop ground-up construction plans for the building that exists there today. The retail design incorporates a unique floorplan with a variety of point-of-sale styles and locations to support the diverse needs of Team Wireless’s customer base while reducing customer wait times and streamlining the sales process. Digital and fixed-category signage were also key to this project’s success and the location’s faster-than-expected ROI. In the words of owner Brian Boucher, “It’s a BadAss store!”
